How does ordering work?
Pre-orders open every Monday at 12:00 PM. Choose the menu you want (Friday or Saturday Pop-Up), select your items and pickup time, and complete checkout online.
When do pre-orders close?
Friday Menu: Wednesdays at 7:00 PM
Saturday Pop-Up Menu: Thursdays at 6:00 PM (every other week)
What are the pickup hours?
All pickups take place during your selected time slot between 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM.

Pickup instructions are sent with your order confirmation.
Can I order at pickup if I missed the pre-order?
Limited same-day orders may be available depending on ingredients and prep time — however, pre-ordering guarantees your plate.
What if I am running late?
Please text us at the number provided in your confirmation message. Orders not picked up after 8:00 PM are subject to disposal due to food safety and are not eligible for refunds.
Do you offer delivery?
At this time, we are pickup only. Local delivery may be offered in the future.
Do you cater events?

What about food allergies?
Some menu items may contain dairy, shellfish, pork, nuts, or other allergens. Please review item descriptions carefully and notify us of any allergies before placing your order.
Do you offer refunds?
Because all meals are prepared fresh to order, all sales are final.
